Exchange & Return Policy – Nibras Store

At Nibras, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a premium shopping experience. This policy has been set to clearly protect the rights of all parties.

🔄 First: Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 2–3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • In its original condition

  • With the original tag and card attached

  • Inside the original packaging

Products eligible for exchange:

  • Ghotra

  • Shemagh

  • Caps (Taqiyah)

Exchange requests are accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size

  • Different model

  • Manufacturing defect

🔁 Second: Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 2–3 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Incorrect order received

  • Clear manufacturing defect

Refund process:
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the same payment method used.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shemaghs or caps that have been opened or used

  • Any product with the tag or label removed

  • Discounted items or products purchased during special offers (if applicable)

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is caused by Nibras Store, we will cover all shipping fees

  • If the request is due to a change of mind or size, the customer bears the shipping fees
